Top quality antique burr walnut nest of tables dating from the 1920’s period & in excellent condition. The tops are a beautifully patterned burr walnut with cross banding & carved edges. The sides & fronts are well shaped underneath. The legs are solid walnut, strongly carved on the tops with well defined ball & claw feet.

Antique French Distressed Painted Wing Armchair£750.00 + VAT
Antique French wing back armchair with an original distressed painted carved frame. We obtained this chair like this with the fabric already on & the upholstery is in excellent condition. It's a great looking armchair & very comfortable too. I would date it to around the 1890's period. The painted finish is really nice & naturally aged with a two tone finish highlighted on the carvings.

Pair of Antique French Porcelain Table Lamps£850.00 + VAT
Pair of tall antique French porcelain & gilt bronze table lamps in the style of Sevres. In fact, I'm not a porcelain expert, so they may even be Sevres. Either way they are in good condition with no damage, just a bit of rubbing in places & the lamps have been re-wired. They came from a private residence & these shades were on them, so we are offering them with the shades. I would date them to around the 1890's period.

Antique Carved Walnut Floor Lamp£750.00 + VAT
Antique carved walnut lamp stand with some fine features, in good original condition & dating to around the 1890-1910 period. This lamp stand is working & we just had it re-wired with a gold flex fabric. The shade came with it & I think it suites the lamp. We are not charging extra for the shade, so it's optional. The stand is nicely turned all the way down, with interesting carvings in the middle & fluting at the base. The tripod legs are deeply carved on the tops & the feet are in the form of goat hoofs. Antique Victorian Inlaid Walnut Pier Cabinet£450.00 + VAT
Antique Victorian figured walnut pier cabinet with some nice inlays & in good original condition. It has a ebonised top edge, a gilt metal beading & gilt metal appliqués top & bottom. The inside is lined & it sits on turned feet. These cabinets were used in Victorian times to put various trinkets in, but nowadays they are quite popular as small bookcases. This one dates from around the 1860-80's period.

Antique French style inlaid Kingwood console side table in lovely condition, having just been polished & dating from around the 1930-50's period. The top is inlaid & cross banded as are the drawers & sides. The pattern of grain in the wood is very strong & designed with a purpose. The drawers have locks & original gilt metal handles. This table has a serpentine shaped front & is slim in depth. It sits on elegant shaped legs, with some carving on the tops & bottom of the legs.

Antique Victorian style mahogany table with an interesting revolving rack in the middle. I'm not sure what that was designed for, but I have had this model quite a few times. It could be meant for books. Anyway, it's adds to the attraction. There are plenty of turned rails in the spinning section & the feet are nicely carved too. This table which is in good condition is a copy of a Victorian piece & I would say it's about 30 or 40 years old.

Pair of Antique French Marble Top Bedside Cabinets£595.00 + VAT
Pair of antique French marble top bedside cabinet in oak with walnut inset panels. They are in good original condition & date from around the 1890 period. The marble tops are in good condition & original to the cabinets. The brass handles look original too even though they are slightly different on each cabinet. These cabinets have reeded sides & the legs kick out slightly with original metal on the feet. They are very decorative cabinets & not a model I've come across before. They are also very functional, with drawers on top & single shelves in the cupboards. Actually, the more I look at them the more I see the Art Nouveaux influence. It's definitely in the panels & on the feet.

Antique Burr Walnut Cocktail Cabinet£1,250.00 + VAT
Very impressive antique Queen Anne style burr walnut drinks cabinet dating to around the 1920's period. The burr walnut veneers have wonderful patterns & are all over the front & the sides. The hand carvings are also exceptional around the top, bottom & on the legs. This cocktail cabinet was purpose made for the job, so has everything you would need inside for a drinks cabinet. The top half has an etched mirrored back, shelves & racks on the doors for glasses. It even has a very useful pull out slide for saving drinks on. The bottom half is basically for storing the bottles & other items. There's also a small drawer in there too. The door fronts have etched brass hinges & escutcheons. The side edges are also chamfered. This cabinet is quite large & heavy, so fortunately it splits into two sections for easy transportation.
