Antique Edwardian mahogany settee with some fine satinwood inlays. It's in good original condition & is being presented just as we acquired it. The upholstery is in good condition & the frame is sturdy. This settee has finely turned legs & uprights, with shaped fretwork supports between the back & the seat. In fact, if you look closely at the fretwork designs, you can make out an Art Nouveaux influence. I've only just noticed that. I would date this piece to around the 1890-1910 period.
