These antique duet stools are getting quite hard to find now, because they are very popular & very useful. Most of my customers buy them to use not as piano stools, but for at the end of a bed or as a window seat. This stool is classic Edwardian from the 1900-10 period & very elegant. It's solid mahogany, very sturdy & has just been re-upholstered with a cream fabric. The seat lifts up to reveal plenty of storage space. It has swept out arms & tapered spade end feet.
