High quality antique Victorian walnut card table dating to around the 1860’s period & in great condition. It has a serpentine shaped burr walnut top, which spins around & folds over to be supported by the frame, which also has a compartment underneath for storage of cards, etc. The baize fabric playing surface is very old & possibly original. It does have a bit of wear & a split in the middle from constant use. We could have a new baize put on for an extra cost of about ?100. The solid walnut base has very deep carvings all over the pedestal & on the quadruple legs. There are also concealed casters under the feet. The pattern on the burr walnut top is very nice. When not in use, this card table can be used as a console table.
