Very impressive large pair of antique Chippendale style distressed leather wing armchairs, which I would date to around the 1920-30’s period. These chairs are naturally distressed & have a great colour, plus loads of character. They are of generous proportions & sit on mahogany legs with cross stretchers between. The backs are deep buttoned & they have loose cushions, which have just been re-filled with feathers. There are no rips, tears or holes in the leather & they have just been cleaned & polished by a leather specialist. The leather is all hand tacked on the frames.

These images were taken before the insides of the cushions were replaced with feather innards, so they are now much thicker now, but will gradually sink a bit with usage.
