A large and very impressive walnut breakfront bookcase, in the antique Georgian style. This dates from around the 1950-60’s period.

It is of amazing quality, it is extremely well built and heavy. It is all solid wood construction, with stunning figured walnut veneers. Even the inside of the doors are beautifully veneered in walnut.

The upper section has astral glazed doors and contains removable and adjustable shelves. The drawers in the middle section are all solid wood lined and have fine dovetailed joints. This bookcase sits on a plinth base, and comes with a number of locking keys.

We have had this recently re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age, with a gorgeous colour and stunning grain patterns.
