A fantastic antique painted bookcase cabinet of superb quality. This was made by the high end furniture manufacturer Maitland-Smith, it dates from around the 1960’s.

This is extremely well made and solidly built, with beautiful hand painted decorations throughout, even on the inside. The doors have amazing dummy book fronts, this sits on splayed bracket feet with an additional useful lower drawer at the bottom.

It is in excellent condition for its age, with only some minor surface wear here and there.
