A magnificent and very large antique Victorian period double open bookcase in walnut. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880 period.

It is of superb quality, it is very sturdily built and heavy. This contains four adjustable and removable shelves, with burr walnut veneered front edges. The walnut grain patterns are stunning throughout, and the colour tone is beautiful.

We have had this recently re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age, with a lovely patina.
