A lovely antique Victorian period open bookcase in mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around 1880-1900.

It is very well made and is a very useful size, not too deep and imposing yet with plenty of storage space. There are two removable and adjustable shelves. The mahogany has a lovely colour tone and grain patterns.

We have recently had this re-polished, the condition is very good for its age. There are just various small old marks and indentations, commensurate for age.
