A stunning and unusual antique mahogany open bookcase. This dates from the William IV period, around 1830-40.

It is of fine quality and is a great size. This bookcase is large and impressive, but is also not too deep from front to back. The shelves are all fixed, this sits on a plinth base and has a very impressive carved mahogany pediment.

We have had this recently French polished, it is in excellent condition for its age.
