This antique burr walnut bow fronted chest of drawers is excellent quality & in good original condition. It has a lovely colour & wonderful patterns within the burr walnut veneers. The top is cross banded as are the drawers, which also have fine dovetails, locks & original brass handles. This chest dates from the 1920’s period & it has just been French polished. It has a slight overhang on the back, which allows it to sit closer to the wall. The base has an arched curvature & sits on prominent ogee bracket feet. The drawers are nice & deep & graduated in depth.
