This antique Rosewood secretaire chest of drawers is extremely high quality & has nice slim proportions.

It’s either Swedish or Danish Biedermeier & dates from around the 1800-20’s period.

The grain & pattern of the rosewood is fabulous & it’s in excellent condition throughout. All the drawers have extremely fine dovetails, plus well cast brass handles & escutcheons. The secretaire desk section has a birds eye maple interior with small drawers, turned side galleries & a tooled leather writing surface. It also has gilt bronze mounts on the top, canted corners & sits on turned tapered feet.
