An excellent 19th century antique military campaign chest in mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880 period.

This is very well made with lots of storage space, it has a fairly heavy patina with plenty of charm. There is an inset tooled green leather top, and high quality brass fixtures. The drawers have fine hand cut dovetailed joints and this sits on bracket feet.

We have had this re-polished, it has various old marks and indentations here and there, commensurate for age.
