A lovely pair of antique Georgian style burr walnut bedside chests. They were made in England, and date from around the 1930’s.

The quality is superb, they have a gorgeous design with serpentine shaped fronts, grooved canted front edges and cabriole legs with shell carving at the knees. The burr walnut grain patterns and colour tones are gorgeous, the tops are cross banded and the drawers have high quality brass handles. They would be equally useful as bedisde chests or as side chests in various settings around the home.

We have had these re-polished, the condition is excellent with a beautiful patina.
