This antique classical bronze figure is quite large, well defined in more ways than one & has a lovely weathered look. I'm not sure if one of the legs has been repaired or it's just the way it was made, but there are some old rivets showing. We think it's mean't to be Bacchus the Greek god of wine. I would date it to around the early 1800's.
