A beautiful antique burr walnut desk on legs. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1920-1930’s period.

It is of extremely fine quality and is a useful size. There are stunning burr walnut grain patterns, the top is cross banded and has a gorgeous inset green leather top which is hand coloured and gold tooled. This sits on cabriole legs with acanthus leaf carving at the knees. The back is also nicely finished, so this can be used as a free standing item.

We have just had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
