A superb antique leather top Edwardian desk in rosewood. This was made in England, it dates from around 1800-1900 period.

The quality is outstanding, this is beautifully made and is a very useful size. The rosewood has a gorgeous colour and striking grain patterns. There is beautiful inlaid marquetry on the drawer fronts and corners, this retains the original brass handles and casters. The inset leather top is hand coloured and gold tooled, complimenting the wood perfectly.

We have recently had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
