A fine antique mahogany military campaign style pedestal desk. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1950’s.

It is of fantastic quality, it is a very functional and beautifully designed item of furniture. The mahogany has a lovely patina, with lovely brass military handles and nicely shaped brass fixtures on the corners. The inset tooled leather top is divided into three sections, this has polished back so can be used as a free standing item.

The condition is very good for its age, we have had this revived and re-polished. There are various small signs of wear and patina here and there beneath the polish, commensurate for age.

The top lifts off and this breaks down into three pieces for ease of transport.
