A stunning antique writing table / desk in the Sheraton style. This was made in England & dates from around the 1930-50’s period.

The quality is amazing, this has a very elegant design and it is a useful size. The serpentine shaped top has a gorgeous tooled leather writing surface, and this sits on turned fluted legs with kick out feet. There is gorgeous satin wood inlay throughout, the mahogany has a beautiful colour tone and patina. The drawers are solid wood lined and have fine, hand cut dovetailed joints. This also has a polished back, so can be used as a free standing item.

We have recently had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
