A superb antique Victorian mahogany leather top writing table / desk. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880 period.

This is of wonderful quality, it sits on beautifully turned solid mahogany legs terminating in brass casters. The two drawers also have beautifully turned mahogany handles and fine, hand cut dovetailed joints. The inset leather top is hand coloured and tooled round the edges.

We have had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There is just some normal age related wear and patina here and there beneath the polish.
