A fantastic original antique William IV rosewood writing table / desk of the highest order. This was made in England it dates from around 1830-1840.

It is a lovely size, fairly small and compact yet with plenty of workspace. There is beautiful carving around the base and lower edge of the top. The front has two drawers and the back is also beautifully finished, so this can be used as a free standing item. The rosewood grain patterns and colour tones are stunning throughout.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is superb for its age. There is just some extremely minor wear here and there beneath the polish, commensurate for age.
