This antique Italian brass & marble standard lamp is of very good quality & is in working order, having just been re-wired. The design is in the form of a Corinthian Column, with fluting & paw feet. The base is marble & there is a smaller marble ledge near the top. There are some well cast gilt metal mouldings all the way down & around the marble. We also have the original shade that came with this lamp which is available if wanted. I would date this lamp to around the 1930-50’s period.
