This antique George III style mahogany desk chair is really comfortable due to it’s high back & full upholstery. It has a deep buttoned leather seat & back, with shallow buttons on the arms & the leather is hand tacked all over. The leather also has a lovely warm colour, with plenty of character & no damage. It’s in excellent condition all over & has a very solid frame & legs, with brass capped paw feet & casters. This desk chair has a swivel mechanism & I would date it to around the 1950’s period.
