This very stylish, functional & comfortable reclining leather armchair with matching footstool has just come over from Sweden & I would date it to around the 1960’s period.

This chair & stool is covered in a lovely colour brown leather with lots of character & warmth, hand studded & in excellent condition. I particularly like the brass cap ends on the feet, but the best feature is undoubtably the brass adjustable ratchets on either sides that allows different reclining angles.

It’s so comfortable, that I’m tempted to take it home.
