Very stylish pair of antique Swedish naturally distressed leather armchairs in good condition, designed by Otto Schulz & dating from around the 1910 period.
The leather is hand studded in the usual places & there are some interesting extra studding designs on the back & on the front base. The cushions have been re-filled with new feather & they are two sided.
These chairs are very comfortable, helped by the softness of the cushions. They are also hand coil sprung. The leather has a lovely rich original colour. There is a bit of a mark & indentation on one of the inside arms, which you can clearly see in one of the images. We are sending that one back to get it fixed properly, because we are not happy with it. It needs a proper patch behind & then colouring in in. This will be done before they go out.
Everything else is good & they sit on satin birch legs.
