Very stylish pair of antique Swedish leather armchairs in excellent condition & dating from around the 1880-90's period. These armchairs are extremely comfortable, especially with the curved backs. The brown leather is naturally aged, giving them a wonderful & original look. The leather is also in great condition, with no damage, just natural distressing. I love the original applied leather strips that run inside the backs & also the way they are hand tacked. They sit on slightly splayed out feet, which are probably satin birch.
