A charming and elegant antique Edwardian mahogany tub chair, with fine inlays & painted decoration, dating from the 1890-1900 period.

With a lovely design and compact size, this makes a perfect little occasional chair for a bedroom, corner or entry way to a home.

We have given this a clean and wax polish, the frame has an old repair to the back rest. We have also had the seat re-upholstered in our cream cotton fabric, the overall condition is good for its age. This is not a heavy weight chair, so isn’t really suitable for a large person or heavy use. It’s not going to fall apart or anything, but it’s more useful for light use or decoration.
