A wonderful antique William IV period side chair in solid rosewood. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1830-1840’s period.

Originally designed as a nursing chair, this would make a beautiful side or corner chair around the home. Due to the shape of the back, it would also make a useful valet chair for the bedroom.

It is beautifully made with fine details and an elegant design. The quality is fantastic and there is stunning & typical William IV carving on the solid rosewood frame.

This has been re-polished to a very high standard and re-upholstered in our cream cotton fabric. The condition is excellent for its age.
