A beautiful pair of antique Edwardian walnut cane back armchairs. They were made in England and date from around 1900-1920.

They are of outstanding quality, with a beautiful, elegant and sturdy design. The beautifully caned backs have a nice curved shape, they sit on fine yet sturdy cabriole legs and there is lovely carving on the front of the arms. They are constructed entirely from solid walnut, which has a gorgeous colour tone and striking grain patterns.

The frames have been re-polished, the drop in seat cushions have been newly upholstered in a cream cotton fabric. The condition is excellent throughout.
