A lovely pair of original period solid elm & oak Windsor armchairs. They were made in England, and I would date them from around the 1850’s period. However – I’m no expert on country furniture, so they could be older.

The quality is amazing, with the classic Windsor chair features including high comb backs, cabriole legs with wish bone stretchered bases, and a moulded seat.

We have had these cleaned up gently and re-polished, the condition is excellent for their age, with just the right amount of patina and wear.
