An absolutely stunning pair of antique French gilt wood armchairs, dating from around the 1930’s.

They are of superb quality, with gorgeous carving and a wonderful design. The gilt wood frames have a gorgeous patina, they are generous and very comfortable to relax in.

We have had them fully re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric, the seat cushions are feather filled and have been newly made. There is some minor wear and rubbing to the gilt finish here and there, all part of the charm and commensurate for age.
