A stunning and unusual pair of Swedish vintage armchairs in the antique colonial style. They were recently imported from Sweden, and they date from around the 1950’s.

The quality is amazing, they are also extremely comfortable & have very generous proportions. The sweeping solid wood frames are designed to look like bamboo, with burr walnut and rattan side panels. The wide backs have finials rising above each corner, the arm rests are beautifully curved and these look amazing from all angles.

We have had the frames completely stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, and we have also had these re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric. The condition is excellent throughout.
