A beautiful and very well made pair of antique Swedish armchairs in satin birch. They were recently imported from Sweden, they date from around the 1900-1910 period.

The quality is excellent, the satin birch frames are beautifully carved and have lovely curves. The grain patterns and colour tones of the wood are gorgeous, with a lovely overall patina. They are well sprung, nicely padded and are very comfortable.

We have had the frames re-polished and re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric. The condition is excellent for their age.
