An excellent pair of antique inlaid mahogany and walnut carver armchairs in the classic Regency style. These were made in England, and I would date them to around the 1920-30’s period.

The quality is superb, these are beautifully constructed with an elegant yet sturdy design. The Trafalgar backs have stunning flame mahogany grain patterns and have burr walnut borders. There is a lovely cross frame support on the lower backs, these sit on lovely tapered legs.

We have just had them re-polished and the seats have been upholstered in a cream cotton fabric, the condition is excellent for their age.
