A gorgeous set of original antique French provincial dining chairs in solid oak. These were made in France, they date from around the 1880-1900 period.

They are beautifully made and are of excellent quality. The design is elegant and shapely, with a provincial rustic feel. The solid oak frames have a deep and rich colour tone, with lovely grain patterns.

The condition is excellent for their age, the frames have been given a clean and fresh wax polish. They are all sturdy and sound, and have the original drop in rush seats. The rush seats have some minor wear and fraying here and there, with some minuscule damage that is hardly noticeable, seen in the images.
