A gorgeous set of antique Regency period dining chairs in solid rosewood. They were made in England,they date from around the 1810-1820 period.

They are extremely fine quality, with gorgeous carving throughout. There are beautifully turned and fluted front legs, sabre shaped back legs and lovely pierced ‘balloon’ backs.

The rosewood has acquired a stunning patina, we have just had the frames re-polished. We have also had them re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric, the condition is excellent for their age.
