An excellent set of original antique Regency period / William IV mahogany dining chairs. They were made in England, and date from around the 1830-1840’s.

The quality is superb, these sit on beautifully turned and fluted legs, with wonderfully shaped Trafalgar back rests. The colour tone and patina of the mahogany is absolutely gorgeous. They are all comfortable, sturdy and sound.

We have had these re-polished and the seats have been re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric. The condition is excellent for their age, with minor wear seen here and there beneath the polish, commensurate for age.
