A wonderful set of eight antique solid mahogany dining chairs. They are in the classic Chippendale style, they date from around the 1890-1910 period.

The quality is excellent, and they have a very beautiful design. The backs are pierced with lovely fretwork, the legs are double stretchered for extra stability. The mahogany has a gorgeous colour tone and patina.

We have had these all re-polished and the drop in seats have been re-upholstered in a white cotton fabric. The condition is excellent for their age.
