A fantastic antique George III period sideboard in mahogany, with a satinwood top edge. This was made in England, it dates from around 1790-1810.
It is beautifully made and is a great size. There are two central drawers, flanked by doors on the sides. This is quite deep with a bowed front edge, it sits on tapered legs terminating in spade feet.
We have had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age, with some minor wear beneath the polish and a gorgeous overall patina. One of the escutcheons looks to have been replaced at some point.
