This impressive antique walnut display cabinet is of fine quality & has many fine details. It also has a lovely warm original colour.
It has a large display area in the top section & plenty of extra storage below. The top section has a dental cornice, with tear drop mouldings below. The upper doors have a nice pattern of astral-glazing, with three strong glass shelves inside & a fabric covered back. There is a very nice feature in the middle, of a pull out tooled leather writing surface, which could be used for other purposes. The bottom section has burr walnut panelled doors, roundels in the corners, grooved canted corners & sits on bracket feet.
I would date this cabinet to around the 1950’s period & it’s in excellent original condition.
