Antique early Victorian mahogany cabinet in very good original condition & lots of character. It’s a very useful item of furniture, because it has plenty of storage inside. The outside has two arched panelled doors & some fine carvings either side above the side columns. There are three compartments in the bottom of the inside & above that is an area with an adjustable shelf. We also have the key for the working lock. This cabinet has nice slim proportions from back to front, so would take up no more room than a console table. I would date it to around the 1840 period & it’s just on the edge of the Victorian & William IV period.
