Very rare pair of Swedish antique Satin Birch bedside cabinets with ebonised tops. They are in excellent condition inside & out, so please enlarge all the images to see for yourselves.

I think you could say they are Biedermeier style & I would date them very roughly to around the 1850’s period.

They are a good height for bedsides & the insides are well fitted out. The quality is also excellent & the satin birch is a lovely warm colour. The doors have arched top panels & these cabinets sit on shaped bracket feet.
