Very impressive antique French style marble top cabinet with painted decoration & gilt bronze mounts. It’s all in excellent original condition including the marble & I would date this cabinet to around the 1920-30’s period. There are two drawers at the top with locks & handles. The gilt bronze filigree work runs all around the top including the drawers. There are two cupboards & two panels with beautiful painted scenes surrounded by gilt bronze mounts. There are also four gilt bronze rams head mounts near the top, plus many more gilt bronze decorations. Please enlarge all the images to appreciate all the fine details. The wood is kingwood & mahogany.
