This antique Georgian style burr walnut desk is not too large, but still has a generous kneehole space. It has a double serpentine shaped front & a tooled leather hand coloured leather writing surface. The pedestal drawers are all graduated in depth & have intricately cast brass handles. The burr walnut has a wonderful pattern & is on the front, sides & back. This desk is in excellent condition, having just been French polished & dates to around the 1930-50’s period.
