A beautiful and practical walnut writing bureau in the antique Georgian style. This dates from around the 1950’s, it is of superb quality.

The burr walnut grain patterns are stunning throughout, and this has a lovely rich colour tone. There is lots of storage space and ample work space in the pull down writing section. It has a fine interior, with small drawers, a central cupboard, shaped compartments & a tooled leather writing surface.

We have had this recently French polished, it’s in excellent condition for its age.
