This antique burr walnut bureau is slim in width & very compact. The slope is cross banded & the drawers are graduated in depth. The brass handles are original & it sits on bracket feet. The inside is fitted out with shaped compartments, one small drawer & there's a tooled leather writing surface. The figuring on the front is beautiful & the pattern runs all the way down through the drawers. IThis bureau is in excellent condition, having just been polished & date from around the 1930-50's period.
