A smart and very well made antique Georgian mahogany tilt top occasional table. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1800-1820 period.
It is of excellent quality, it’s made from thick and beautifully constructed solid mahogany. The rectangular top can tilt upwards to save space, it is held in place by a brass catch mechanism and it stands on a splayed tripod base.
We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age, with just some normal age related wear and patina seen beneath the polish.
