A stunning antique Victorian burr walnut card table, which makes a very useful console table. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880 period.

It is of outstanding quality, with gorgeous burr walnut grain patterns on the top. There is incredibly beautiful carving around the top edges, at the top and bases of the legs. The back legs swing out on hinges and the top flips open to reveal a green baize playing surface.

We have had this stripped and re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There is just some minor wear remaining here and there beneath the polish and on the baize.
