Antique early Victorian mahogany writing table with a tooled leather writing surface & dating to around the 1860's period. It's superb quality with two drawers on the front & dummy drawers on the back, all with turned mahogany bun handles. The legs are beautifully turned & sit on original brass cupped casters. This desk is in excellent condition with a lovely warm colour & a good patina. It's quite rare to find them finished with dummy drawers on the back. It's a decent size too.
