A superb antique Victorian mahogany chest of drawers. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880’s.

It is a great size and is extremely well made. There are five generous drawers with turned mahogany handles and fine hand cut dovetailed joints; all the drawers run very smoothly. It sits on a plinth base, with sharp front corners and a solid mahogany top.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There are various small marks and bumps here and there beneath the polish, this retains plenty of character and charm.
